A private pre-auction offer will be made this week to the owner of
the B&B Carousell in Coney Island.  If accepted, it would mean that
the ride and organ would remain in its present location.  The bid
is quite a bit lower than the auction estimate, but it is still
a good chunk of change.  More later.
