MBSI Web Site Additions
By Ralph Schack

Do you know what a baxophone pipe is? Or a harmonic brake? Or
a plerodiénique music box? Some day you may need that information.

Those terms and about 500 others related to automatic musical
instruments can be found in the Glossary posted at the Musical Box
Society International web site: http://www.mbsi.org/

If you haven't visited the site recently there is also a listing of
manufacturers, and at the Library link, an extensive list of books,
some of which can be borrowed by members. At the Publications link
you can read an interesting article by Art Reblitz on the Wurlitzer
automatic music roll changer. More interesting additions to the
MBSI web site are in the works. Check back frequently.
