Model numbers were seldom printed on music boxes.  There are numerous
pictures and model numbers in the "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical
Instruments", by Q. David Bowers, pages 238-242, which you may find
in your local library.

The number that is printed on the disc only identifies the tune.
