Mechanical Music in the Movies

Ref. Lee Munsick's comment on an anachronistic music box [070822
MMDigest].  A few years ago a TV documentary on the life of George
Washington (born in 1732) showed his mother, playing a cylinder
music box for the Father of Our Country, when he was a toddler.
