Hello All,  Robin Pratt produced a limited number of the roll, "Danse
Macabre" (Ampico 54767H).  I believe it was punched by the Tonnesen's.
I know of this because at an AMICA annual meeting about fifteen years
ago I purchased the next-to-last copy Robin had for sale.
