1. On the 8th of June 2008 we published a posting from Mr. D.L.
Bullock concerning an Australian manufacturer of materials and Organ
Supply Industries that was unsubstantiated and highly derogatory.

  2. The Australian manufacturer concerned and Organ Supply Industries
have strongly maintained these claims were unfair, untrue and
defamatory.

  3. We unreservedly apologize to the Australian manufacturer and to
Organ Supply Industries for the hurt and damage these unsubstantiated
and highly derogatory claims may have caused.

  4. We retract the publication of Mr. Bullock's posting and confirm
it has been removed from the MMD Archive.

  5. We acknowledge that the Australian manufacturer concerned and
Organ Supply Industries are reputable companies with a long history
of supplying quality products to rebuilders.

  6. We undertake that we will not permit or allow any further
unsubstantiated or derogatory material to be posted concerning the
Australian Manufacturer or Organ Supply Industries.

  7. As a result of Mr. Bullock's posting we have decided to suspend
him as a contributor to the MMD until further notice.
