Rod Pringle posted a message asking how the Chein Pianolodeon re-rolls.
Mine still had the original stretched and stiff rather long rubber
belt, which is essentially a large O-ring.  I don't recall exactly how
it's installed, but I do remember that it simply slips when the machine
is playing (forward).  Perhaps by inspection you can determine where it
goes.  Really good hardware stores have O-ring selections, including
large ones.
