Hi MMD,  I thought I was young and fit too, but on the 19th July I had
a heart attack.  I am out of hospital now after two weeks and am back
home to recover.

I assumed I was a low risk (non-smoker, don't drink a lot and no heart
disease in the family) but you don't know what is 'round the corner.
