Removing Pianola Action from Weber Grand Piano

Can I suggest that you take a series of detailed digital photos of
everything before you dismantle and at each step along the way.  That
way you'll have a record when/if you do come to put it back together.

Good luck, and I endorse Eli Shahar's plea that you do maintain it
as a pianola.
