I have an elderly customer, soon to leave this life, who has asked me
to sell his piano for him. It is located in Duniden, Fla., in his home.
It is described as follows:

    George Steck Duo-Art grand serial # 70132, 5'6" mahogany case built
    about 1923.  It was rebuilt about 30 years ago and has original
    ivory keys. It had a new pin block and was restrung, with good
    action work.  The case was refinished and has a matching bench.
    The player expresses well but has not been played much in the last
    five or six years.  There are about 100 good Duo-Art rolls with it.

He is asking $5,500 or best offer.  If you are interested in this
instrument, please contact me for arrangements to see and play the
piano.  I have serviced it a few times over the last twenty years and
can answer most questions about the piano.
