Craigslist Free Player Pianos Across the Country
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, I just want to thank Paul Meehan for the links to Craigslist
he supplied yesterday. So often, people are genuinely astounded when
I tell them about the realistic value of their player piano. Some
people just hang up without even saying 'thank you' or 'goodbye'.
(I don't get offended. They're obviously hurt or they think I'm lying.)
Others are truly saddened to learn that the market for old player pianos
is so bad. Still others are totally surprised...

My point is that having a reference link I can send to them or tell
them about will make my life much easier. I imagine it will help others
too.

As to the listings I viewed, they were pretty much what I expected.
What did surprise me somewhat were the number of modern digital player
grands being sold.

Musically,
John A Tuttle
