Regina Hall Clock
By Matthew Caulfield

The first place I would look for information about Regina hall
clocks would be the Regina Music Box Company section of Q. David
Bowers' "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments." Bowers
exhaustively covers and illustrates the Regina line of disc music
boxes, including its clocks, phonographs, and more unusual items.
On page 210 there is mention of Regina's use of Seth Thomas clock
movements and on p. 211 are pictured five models of Regina clocks.

I imagine that sending for a copy of the original Regina shipping
record for a particular Regina would provide its owner with the
model number, shipping date, and destination. The Musical Box Society
(MBSI) owns the original Regina shipping records, and the MBSI web
site contains information on how to get those data for a charge of
$5 to anyone who sends in the serial number of his instrument.
