I recently worked on a Regina hall clock.  I can find very little
information about them on the internet.  Does anyone know a web
source for information concerning years of manufacturing, value,
pictures, etc.?

I worked on only the clock portion of the instrument.  It is a Seth
Thomas movement which strikes the hour and then plays the Regina music
box following the strike.
