Yes, indeed, we lost a gentleman that truly loved mechanical music
machines this past year.  Even in the last months of life on this
Earth, when he knew that he could no longer take care of his collection
and his web site, he reached out to the group he was a charter member
of, the Organettes & Player Pump Organs group:

He made sure that every part of his collection found a new home, that
is including parts and pieces that will make other machines work again.
Along with his collection, the Music Repository still survives today.
