Market Value of a Piano Roll Collection
By Joseph Osborne

I have just come across a trove of thousands of player rolls, for sale.
There are many Duo-Art and Ampico rolls among them. I am not in the
business of buying and selling rolls but am considering purchasing and
giving it a go. I have no idea of how to value them or what would be
a fair offer. The condition varies a lot. I have requested an asking
price but they don't know what to say. I am looking for advice.
