Regarding Allen Ford's request for the tempo markings [200408 MMD],
my original Ampico issues of Parts 3 and 4 have the tempi printed
as 90 (Part 3, 65753) and 95 (Part 4, 65763). Sorry I do not have
Parts 1-2.
