FS: Split Leather Scraps for Gaskets & Valves
By Vince Wukmir

I have lots and lots of 2- to 3-ounce garment split leather scraps
which are ideal for use in player piano gaskets and some valve facings.
I was going to make a clicker die and cut out Simplex and Ampico gasket
sets but I'm running out of time. I need the space as we have a big
shipment of stuff coming in.

I would like to see if someone out there has the cutting dies for
a Simplex and Ampico gaskets and would like to use this leather to
make sets of valve gaskets. This is also suitable for long gaskets
on vacuum chests and much of it has been cut into long strips. I have
also used this laminated to bellows cloth for exhaust flaps.

If anybody would like to utilize some of this leather, contact me and
let me send you some. I'm willing to charge a nominal fee to cover my
costs in shipping and packaging.
