Seek Parts for Criterion 15-3/4" Disc Box

I am hopeful someone will read this and be able to help.  I am
refinishing a box and in need of two hard-to-find parts.  The
first is a lid support bracket and second is the fast/slow arm
assembly.  If anyone can help with these things, wow, that
would be great and so appreciated.
