Hi,  Columbia Leathers sells excellent quality PVC glue at a reasonable
price.  I bought another bottle just last week.  It doesn't actually
say PVC-E but I think that's what it is.  You can order on-line or call
Darlene on the phone, tel.: 1-800-423-7003.  They're great folks to
deal with -- always very helpful.  And they are very fast; sometimes
only a day or two.  They are also an excellent source for various types
of leather in a variety of thicknesses.

They also sell fish glue -- great stuff!  In some ways it's better
than liquid hide glue, with high tack and fast drying; very useful for
gluing wood or leather or felt or if your goldfish keeps jumping out
of the tank.  They also have barge cement in case your boat springs
