PVC-E glue comes from National Casein.  Unfortunately it is sold
in 55-gallon drums.  I've been told smaller quantities are sold by
Schaff Piano Supply and Organ Supply.  PVC-E is great for gluing
guitar pick guards as well as piano nylon cloth.  I just rebuilt
a player done four years ago in rubber cloth with the nylon cloth,
with greatly improved results.
