Seek Plastic Spool Ends for 88-note Rolls

To MMD:  A friend in Holland needs a large quantity of plastic spool
ends for 88-note rolls.  He says the standard size used by QRS and
others will work with his cardboard tubes.  He needs hundreds of these.
Can anyone suggest a source that has reasonable prices?
