Seek Plastic Spool Ends for 88-note Rolls

As an addition to Tom Hutchinson's request for information on pull-tabs
[141219 MMDigest], I have a friend in Europe who seeks hundreds of
88-note plastic roll ends. He says that the tubes he has available
are identical to those of QRS, thus he can use the sizes found here.
Any suggestion of a source for these would be welcome.
