Looking For "On The Beach" March

Hello:

This is David Naythons, a member of the NCA. I am looking for the march
"On The Beach" that I listened to that was played on a Frati Organ from
a YouTube video.  I would like to know who the the composer was and
the date that tune was composed.

To the best of my knowledge, the above described march was arranged
for a  B.A.B 46 key roll.  I would appreciate any help as to locate a
music score.
