Attachment thumbnail Chatfield Brass Band's music lending library does have an incomplete set of parts for a march by this name. It was composed by Fred Vokoun. The solo cornet part generally was used by the conductor in those days and often is the only part that bears the copyright date, and since Chatfield doesn't have a solo cornet part, the copyright date isn't given. The publisher was Currier Music Co. I have another source I can consult. I might have more information in a day or two, but that's all I have right now. Dave Vincent [ "Two-Step - On the Beach - by F. Vokoun" was performed on March 4th, [ 1909, at the Frisbie & Sawyer Opera House in Holley, New York; ref.
