Qualite Excelsior Multista Music Box in Chile

Hi MMD,  Since a few days ago I own a very rare music box that
has four exchangeable cylinders with three songs on each cylinder.
It is a Qualité Excelsior Multista No. 1.

I would like to get information about restoration, especially about
the cylinders -- how or with what tools they can be cleaned to see
them shiny again.  Thanks for your web page and answers.
