We are selling our 1921 Steinway & Sons Model M (XR), serial number
202175.  The piano is in very good condition, gently played and cared
for by the same family for 30 years.  It was restored in 1985 and last
tuned in February, 2014.

The piano is currently located in Austin, Texas, in a 5th floor condo
with elevators and no stairs (possibly 1-2 small ones) at the service
entrance.  If you know of anyone interested, or if you could post this
information around, we would sincerely appreciate it.  I am happy to
