Fitting H. C. Bay Exhauster to Standard Action

Luke, you're taking a step backwards with those pumps.  Get the
originals restored.  That "canvas looking material" is heavy pump
cloth with a rubber layer sandwiched inside the cloth.  Some people
refer to it as "Hartz cloth".  It's still used in automobile industry.
Please heed the advice previously given -- use the original pumps.
