Duo-Art Piano at Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix

Last Sunday, I visited the restaurant in the former Wrigley mansion,
located in Phoenix, Arizona.  In the living room sits a 1929 Duo-Art
with a remote cabinet that holds several rolls, any one of which can be
selected remotely.  The waiter claimed the piano was "worth millions of
dollars."  I laughed, almost involuntarily, and excused myself when the
guy looked puzzled.  The piano is shown in this YouTube video:

Attachment thumbnail This instrument seems to have become an urban legend with claims of value stated as high as 14 million dollars. It, obviously, isn't. However, what would a reasonable price for this piano be? Supposedly, the Wrigleys sold the house with the stipulation that the piano stayed in the house permanently.
