The 1910 and 1920 U.S. census, and the 1915 New York census, have
"our" Pauline present with her mother Annie (a vocalist) and father
Samuel (an artist), and in all 3 records her age is consistent with
the Pauline E. Alpert registered as being born December 27, 1906.

I note in other, later records she knocked a few years off her age,
but I find the earliest records are generally the most accurate when
seeking correct ages.
