Aging Impacts Mechanical Music Maintenance Field

Stop, already -- you're killing me with all these comments about aging!
It's not a pretty sight on MMD.  I have been greatly encouraged by
seeing "younger than I" postings by some upcoming piano techs on other
sites.  Some are even interested in players but not if you keep killing
them with all the negative comments.

There are more young ones out there than you know about and most are
not members of a club such as AMICA.  Think positive, people!
