Saving the Decals or Replacing with New Decals
By John Talbot

Hi -- in regard to decals, I agree: always take a picture, especially
if you can't find it on their website ( http://Decalsunlimited.com ). Email
them, they will accurately reproduce it for you. It costs a little
more for the setup, but then they have in their database the next time
you need one. The process also works good for radio, Victrola and
file cabinet decals. They have been extremely good to me over the
last 20 years I have been a customer, and they have made many for me
from a picture.

It always adds the final touch when customer realizes you put new
decal on the piano. I did one for customer that had decal on underside
of the lid that was scratched in several places. They were amazed with
the results. I also had a customer that said, "That isn't original."
I showed her the picture of original that had been finished over and
was darker; then she then realized it was the same.
