Through many discussions of tunes on musical boxes, the two that are
listed the most often are "The Last Rose of Summer" From the opera
"Martha" and "Home Sweet Home".  I have one early Christmas tree stand
that plays both.

Over the 50 or so years I have been collecting and visiting collections,
I have never heard "Silent Night" on a cylinder box earlier than 1900.
But there is a first time for everything.
