Kalliope 58 cm Disc Music Box Bass Dampers

While I haven't personally worked on a 22" Kalliope, the vibration of
the bass notes is so prolonged that I can't imagine any disc box bass
notes to be without some type of damper.

Also, unless provided with a separate system, the dampers provide a
'brake' for the star wheels.  So, my vote is definitely that it have
some dampers.
