Claud Cavnar is rightly indignant at eBay's abrupt exclusion of
USPS Media Mail labels. However, I double-checked and confirmed
that eBay's sister firm, PayPal, is continuing to offer creation
of Media Mail labels. The link is at

And, as always, the wise roll-shipper will also mark the box with
the words "Contents: Piano Rolls, per DMM 173 4.0(e)" in hopes of
dissuading excessively suspicious postmasters. Apparently their
suspicion has recently been aroused by an uptick in the number of
shippers falsely claiming media content.
