Both my Mason & Hamlin and Marshall & Wendell pianos had pumps
fail the same week. The flap valves are suspected as they were not
replaced when the pumps were restored some 15+ years ago.

Is anyone selling leather that is suitable for replacing the flap
valves? Unfortunately the sturdy bellows cloth must be sacrificed
in order to gain access to the flap valves.
