Captain "Doc" Hawley is now employed by The Delta Queen Steamboat Co. The
phone number for their main office in New Orleans is 504-586-0631. The
vessel staff usually work in rotation with shift changes occurring on
"turn-around days" in N.O.

I last saw "Doc" several weeks ago when we were making repairs to the
calliope on the American Queen. If you leave a message for him at the home
office he will probably return your call when possible. All three boats
will soon be going into layup soon.
