Berliner Concert
By Craig Brougher

I just wanted to express my utmost and profound respect for the
performance by Mssrs. Berenboin, Placido Domingo, and the Berliner
Philharmonika last night the 23rd of May (our date) at the Basilica
San Lorenzo del Escorial near Madrid. A Wagner concert showing on
Bravo Chan. 238.

Of all the performances of Richard Wagner, this has been the most
exciting and awesome spectacle I personally have ever heard. The
acoustics of the Basilica and the reproduction of the hall were
breathtaking. The zoom-ins on the frescos and art was gorgeous and
well-done, and the musicianship was just flawless! I felt privileged
to have seen it, and I suspect it will be aired again. I want as many
as possible who are interested in flawless artistry to see it. You
will never forget it. Even you guys who think you only like ragtime!
