Repinning Music Box Tips and Dampers

Dear Melinda,  I must have missed your first posting.  Repairing tips
and doing dampers is possible for a novice, but unless you have more
time than you know what to do with, the learning curve is pretty steep.

I sure would not want to encourage you to learn on a box of much value.
I would certainly recommend Reg Smith in Athens, GA. (706) 543-1920.
I have 2 boxes he worked on that are outstanding.
