by Regina.  You need to contact Robert Yates, at fax: 1-412-486-5589.
He is with the MBSI, and is responsible for all the Regina.

For a fee of less than $10.00, he will send you a certificate suitable
for framing describing when your box was made and to whom it was
shipped.  He will need info such as serial number, type of box, and
other info he can tell you.

I have certificates for all my Regina boxes, and the info is always
a great source of delight for me and guests.
