FS: Nicole Freres Fat Cylinder Overture Box
By Marty Roenigk

We have received many requests for fine early keywind cylinder boxes
and rarely have them. This is the first fat cylinder overture box we
have had for sale in probably three years. We felt we should offer
it to the entire mailing list at once to be fair. Following is the
description:

Nicole Freres 4-Tune Fat Cylinder Overture Box. We are very excited
to have a true fat cylinder keywind overture box for the first time in
several years. This wonderful box is in fine original condition and
plays well. The cylinder is 12 1/4" by 3 1/4" and there are 191 teeth
in the very fine comb. Tunes: William Tell; Freischutz; Barber of
Seville; Semiramis.

Has some damper squeaks and some bent pins, needs normal cleaning
and polishing. The case is in fine original condition with quite a bit
of intricate wood marquetry on the lid. Serial number in 35,000 range.
A rare opportunity. $14,000.

If you have an interest in this music box, please contact us at
<mroenigk@aol.com> or 501-253-0405.

We also have just received in a nice 11-7/8" double comb Symphonion and
a neat Carl Frei miniature street organ from the 1970's, roll operated.

If you would like a copy of our latest list just send us a "reply" note
and we will email you one.

Sincerely,

Marty Roenigk
