Tuning Scale of 13" Komet Music Box
By Ken Vinen

Asking all MMD for help with information for a music box restoration.
The problem is a Komet disc playing music box, single comb, 61 notes,
that uses a 13 inch (approx. 33 cm) disc.

The leads are totally fused together and must be replaced. There is
_no_ tuner's mark or any information to be found on the comb, and no
sound can be had to even guess at a starting point. So far, no other
example of a 13-inch Komet has been found.

Any suggestions or details would be greatly appreciated that could help
save this music box.

Thank you from
Ken Vinen in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.
