Wurlitzer Pianino Scale
By Jack M. Conway

According to "Treasures Of Mechanical Music", by Arthur A. Reblitz
and Q. David Bowers, the scale for the Wurlitzer Pianino Roll is
as follows:

  1 Shutoff
2 Hammer rail up; mandolin on
  3 Rewind
4 Hammer rail down; mandolin off
5 Violin pipes on; flute pipes off
  6 to 49: 44 playing notes in order, F to C
 50 Snare drum
 51 Sustaining pedal
52 Flute pipes on; violin pipes off

Tracker hole 50 is for snare drum. My 1912 Pianino does not have
a snare drum or pipes; it is piano and mandolin only. Although the
control rod is missing it appears that it was designed for the mandolin
to always come on with the hammer rail up.
