Hi All,  On Friday I received a phone call from Dave Johnson, the owner
of Schaff Piano Supply Co.  He asked me if I knew anything about the
status of the Keystone Roll Co.  Seems he placed an order with them some
time ago and hasn't heard a word since them.  He said he has called and
left messages, and has sent emails to no avail.

Is there a secret code or a special number for reaching these people?
I went to the web site and sent an email from there, but I didn't get
a response.

Opinion: It's one thing to be irresponsive the general public.  It's
an entirely different matter to ignore one of the largest piano/player
piano parts and supplies companies in the country!
