Hello there!  I wanted to use the opportunity of our MMD-community
to see what is the current range from all those who do have MIDI-punch
machines for 20er rolls (Frei/Raffin, not the busker organ one), both
commercial and private, for having a roll punched from client-provided
ready-arranged MIDI-files.  Location is relatively irrelevant, as I do
need rolls delivered to North-America as well as Europe.

A couple of the commercial ones that I do want to address in this way
are Melvyn Wright, Jaeger & Brommer, and Rudolf Klomfar (maybe through
Harald Mueller?).

Although Robbie said something he would place me in touch with a few
people here in the Pacific Northwest -- if you guys are reading this:

There might be a few readers up here in the Northwest who either
also already have a MIDI-punch (although maybe not for 20- keyless,
but maybe for piano-roll?) and/or are themselves planning on building
one, I would be interested in co-operation either to build
punching-machines together or having a MIDI-punch built in exchange
for mostly arrangement-works.  My budget, as usual, is very very
limited...
