Unknown Piano Rolls

Roll #13 is "Down By The Old Mill Stream", by Tell Taylor.
It's a favorite barbershop quartet number.

Roll #6 is definitely ethnic; Polish perhaps?

Any more information on the label or leader for the Triumphal March?
