FS: 1-inch Maroon Twill-covered Rubber Hose
By Bruce Grimes

Sometime back I inquired if anyone had the 1" pole-cured twill tubing
that Durrell Armstrong used to stock. I had a reply from a person
who had a carefully stored overstock.  I had to buy the whole batch;
it was a bit of a pig-in-a-poke, but I did it.

The tubing is in far better condition than I expected. It's supple,
doesn't crack at all when squeezed, looks like new, feels like new,
acts like new. Of course, it isn't.

How long will it last? Who knows. But, I am sufficiently happy that
I will use it to retube my 7'6" Steinway, as well as my 9'6" Steinway.

I believe I will have five 6-foot lengths left over. I paid $5.89/foot
plus postage. I had it mailed straight, not coiled up. With enough to
recoup the mailing cost, if anyone would like some of this fabulous
tubing, I am asking $36 per 6-foot length ($6.00/foot) plus postage.
