Organ Rally 6 June 2009 in Kennewick, Washington
By Robert K. Wilson

The Three Rivers Carousel and the City of Kennewick, Washington, in
concert with COAA & AMICA, are putting on a band organ rally, Saturday,
June 6, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This fun band organ rally will be held in a fourteen-acre section of
Columbia Park, along the banks of the Columbia River and near a huge
kids play area, the "Playground of Dreams". There is lots of parking,
lots of trees (good shade), and the JS Express train will be running
to transport people from area to area.

The Carousel Foundation will have a number of their horses on display
to promote the building of the Carousel building. There will be a food
concession, and a good number of 110-Volt 20-Ampere outlets are
available to supply power for the organs.

The Three Rivers Carousel is a 1910 Carmel carousel that the Carousel
Foundation is in the process of restoring. For more details visit
http://www.threeriverscarousel.org/

A Saturday evening function is being planned in the park at 6 p.m.
to conclude a day of playing the happiest music on earth. For more
