PPCo Roll Frame Motor Speed is Unstable

Hi All, I had a similar problem with an 'A' roll frame at a customer's
home. The problem was the rheostat. After changing it, I took the bad
one apart. I was amazed that it worked at all -- it was 'cooked'!
