Hello everyone!  Does a piano roll exist of the Concerto No. 2,
1st movement, played by the composer S. Rachmaninoff?  We want
to play this concerto on the pianola with orchestra, but I can't
find this roll.  Maybe somebody has this roll or a scanned MIDI?
I have a perforator and can make a roll from a MIDI file.  I am
