Hello!  The other day, I was offered a peculiar looking wall-mounted
disc music box (see picture at link, below).  I was told that it was
a "Polyphon 716" and that it had six bells.

As they forgot to tell me the diameter of the disc, I asked them to
measure the disc and look for any manufacturer's name on it.  I tried
to look it up in the "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments",
not finding any illustration of a similar case style nor any disc
musical box bearing the model number 716.

Has anyone of you out there seen anything like it?
